PROTECT YOUR BUSINESS FROM UNEXPECTED EVENTS

"Temperature Monitoring for Restaurants"

Are you tired of unexpected kitchen closures and fire department alerts? Protect your restaurant with a temperature monitoring system from EDAC Electronics.

Our wireless remote alarm monitoring and control units provide advance warning of critical temperature levels in your kitchen venting ducts, giving you time to take action and avoid costly interruptions to your business.

Our units help monitor temperature fluctuations in the ducted system or bed by allowing you to send messages back every 5 minutes or every 30 minutes. This helps to understand patterns in overheating, such as during peak times or when usage is lower. The unit also includes a core CSV file that can be sent to an email address.

Super helpful, the installation ran smoothly

“We had two temperature sensors installed in our restaurant to monitor critical heat levels. Brendon was great to talk to and work with and this gave us the confidence we were fitting the correct units for our needs. The team was super helpful and the installation ran smoothly.”

— Samuel Diaz, El Quincho Argentinian BBQ

Peace of Mind for Restauranteurs

At El Quincho, a South American restaurant in Christchurch, we were facing the problem of excessive heat in the kitchen venting duct that activated the water sprinkler heads and led to restaurant closure and water damage to other businesses. But with the help of EDAC Electronics, we now have peace of mind with a successful temperature monitoring system. The EDAC 320-4G unit uses two temperature probes and sends SMS and email notifications if critical levels are reached. Plus, the inbuilt data tracking system sends 12 hours of temperature tracking via email, allowing us to assess temperature trends and report to landlords and insurance companies
